MAIN HIGHLIGHTS
This autumn, Victoria Harbour will be transformed into a dreamlike stage of art and entertainment. Curated and organised by Hong Kong’s renowned creative brand AllRightsReserved (ARR), the world’s first “Water Parade by AllRightsReserved at Victoria Harbour” will, for the first time, bring together globally celebrated IPs and artists. The event will feature two major highlights: four IPs will be transformed into giant floating inflatable sculptures, making their dazzling debut at sea on October 25 and forming a dream fleet to parade across Victoria Harbour on November 1, cruising between Kowloon and Hong Kong Island on an unprecedented scale.
In addition, an eight-day Water Parade Market will be held along the Central & Western District Promenade from October 25 to November 1, featuring even more IPs and diverse interactive entertainment. Locals and visitors alike will enjoy a perfect fusion of art, entertainment and culture, experiencing an unforgettable spectacle and engaging activities at this “world’s first” and largest spectacular event of the year.

The world’s first Water Parade at Victoria Harbour will reach its climax on Saturday, November 1, with the spectacular “Water Parade Day.” At 2 PM, the four giant sculptures will set sail one after another at intervals of at least 20 minutes from the waters off Tamar Park in Admiralty (in front of the Water Parade Market). The fleet will head east toward Fortress Hill, cross the harbour toward Tsim Sha Tsui, and then return to Admiralty, repeating the same route for two full circuits before concluding around 6 PM, when the four sculptures will bid farewell to the harbour.
Suggested vantage points include the Central & Western District Promenade (Central Section) near the Water Parade Market, the East Coast Park Precinct, and the Avenue of Stars. The Dream Fleet is expected to pass East Coast Park Precinct twice between approximately 2:40PM and 5:15PM, Avenue of Stars twice between 3PM and 5:45PM. After setting sail at 2PM, the fleet is estimated to sail past the Central & Western District Promenade (Central Section) again between 3:30PM and 4:30PM, allowing spectators along the harbourfront to “greet” these monumental art creations up close.
In a first-of-its-kind feature, Doraemon will make special MTR station announcements at Admiralty, Tin Hau, and Tsim Sha Tsui stations on the day of the parade, guiding passengers to the suggested vantage points to enjoy the spectacle.
For operational and navigational safety reasons, the floating inflatable sculptures will move slowly throughout the parade, maintaining safe distances between each vessel. There will be an interval of at least 20 minutes between the appearance of each sculpture. Spectators are kindly advised to be patient. The sailing route and actual display of the floating inflatables may be adjusted according to weather and sea conditions on the day.
Organisers strongly urge the public not to approach the fleet by private vessel, to avoid creating waves or interference that may affect the inflatables. Visitors are encouraged to enjoy the parade safely from various vantage points along both sides of Victoria Harbour. As the parade draws to a close, a special surprise awaits at the Admiralty market venue around 6 PM.
